All guarantees, performance commitments, replacement protections, and refund or credit terms are defined exclusively in the written services agreement executed between your organization and Filro. Those written terms govern in full and supersede any statement made on this website, in advertising, in email or SMS communication, or during a consultation call.
Any guarantee or protection is conditional upon your organization meeting the requirements set out in that agreement, which may include timely payment, timely candidate review and interview scheduling, providing accurate job requirements and documentation, issuing offers and contracts within agreed timeframes, cooperating with immigration counsel and credentialing bodies, and completing onboarding and orientation as agreed. Failure to meet those conditions may void the applicable guarantee, and no refund, credit, replacement, or other compensation will be issued in that event.

4. Replacement Protection
Any replacement protection period referenced on this website applies only as described in your signed services agreement and is subject to the conditions, exclusions, notice requirements, and timeframes stated in that agreement. Replacement protection does not guarantee that a replacement candidate will be available, placed, or deployed within any specific timeframe, and it does not cover circumstances outside our control, including regulatory changes, visa unavailability, or the actions of the client organization.
5. Immigration and Legal Services
Filro is not a law firm and does not provide legal or immigration advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of this website, your submission of an application, your participation in a consultation call, or your engagement of our services.
Where immigration counsel is involved in a placement process, that counsel is engaged separately and represents the party identified in its own engagement agreement. Filro coordinates with immigration counsel, credentialing organizations, licensing bodies, and your internal team as a service provider only, and does not substitute for legal representation.
6. Employment Relationship
Filro provides recruitment, screening, and process coordination services. Placed clinicians are employed directly by the client healthcare organization from their start date. Filro is not the employer of record for placed clinicians and is not a temporary or per diem staffing agency.
The client organization remains solely responsible for its own employment decisions and for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment, immigration, labor, wage and hour, licensing, credentialing, clinical competency, and workplace safety requirements. Nothing on this website transfers or reduces those responsibilities.

Filro does not guarantee employment, placement, sponsorship, visa issuance, licensure, examination results, entry into the United States, or any specific timeline to any individual candidate. Submitting an application or profile does not create an offer of employment, a contract, or any obligation on the part of Filro or any client organization.
Any terms applicable to candidates, including any costs, obligations, or contractual commitments, are disclosed in writing before any agreement is signed. Candidates should read all documentation carefully and are encouraged to seek independent legal advice before signing.
